Calcium Aluminate refining slag is an important auxiliary material in modern secondary steelmaking. Our factory supplies both sintered and pre-melted types, produced from premium raw materials through controlled calcination or melting processes. The product is designed for rapid slag formation, strong desulfurization and deoxidation performance, and excellent inclusion absorption, ultimately improving steel cleanliness and stability during refining.

The product is primarily composed of the C12A7 mineral phase (12CaO·7Al₂O₃), with a content greater than 85%. Large quantities of reactive calcium components combine with oxygen and sulfur in molten steel to form low-melting compounds that float quickly, removing harmful elements and improving steel quality. In ladle furnace refining, the product also helps shorten refining time and reduces gas content in steel.
